Altitude: 1500 masl
Processing Method: Black Honey
Variety: Red Bourbon
Farm: Loma La Gloria
This lot of selectively harvested Red Bourbon was processed as Black Honey, leaving the maximum amount of pectin in contact with the beans during drying. It creates a beautifully complex and fruit-forward cup of coffee. This is our first year working with Anny Ruth and Loma La Gloria, and it definitely will not be the last due to their delicious coffee and ethical growing practices.
The Folly House Bean rotates throughout the year for maximum freshness and deliciousness
