Our importer works directly with this farm and has worked towards growing higher quality coffees. Cold brewing pulls out the natural sweetness of a coffee, so we needed a coffee with a refreshing sweetness and this bean from Peru is perfect. It has a nutty milk chocolate aroma, a balanced, almond-like sweetness with a light cherry note that is delicious both cold and hot.
