This coffee comes with the Dumerso Coffee mill in the Gedeo Zone in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. The natural process consists of sorting out the ripest coffee cherries and drying them for 4-6 weeks on a raised bed in the sun, creating natural fermentation within the sugars of the cherry. This process combined with the Yirgacheffe region beans creates a floral aromatic and big blueberry flavor note in the coffee with a pronounced sweetness.
