Our coffees are ethically sourced and carefully roasted. As a result, this espresso has rich depth of flavor with a complex caramel backbone and nougat aroma. This coffee is available in 12oz and 5 pound bags with nitrogen flushing & one way valves to keep the coffee fresh during shipment.. A true omniroast, this coffee is perfect for espresso, Aeropress, French Press, and drip coffee.
All our coffees are roast to order. Roasting occurs weekly on Thursdays and orders are shipped within 24 hours of roast

This coffee comes from the Nascentes de Grama farm in Sao Paulo, Brazil. After purchasing the farm 67 years ago, Clayton Mapelli began work on growing conditions and fermentation processes to dramatically increase the qualities of the coffees, resulting in the coffee we are roasting today. These improvements include planting of trees around the property to create a wind curtain and shade ideal for growing and a Biobed system using photosynthesis filtration to protect the water sources of the area.
