We take a single origin coffee, dark roast a portion just before second crack in the roast profile, light roast the remaining portion, and blend them back together for a one-of-a-kind Single Origin Blend, or SOB. Our coffees are ethically sourced and carefully roasted. As a result, this espresso has rich depth of flavor with a complex caramel backbone and nougat aroma. This coffee is available in 12oz and 5 pound bags with nitrogen flushing & one way valves to keep the coffee fresh during shipment.. A true omniroast, this coffee is perfect for espresso, Aeropress, French Press, and drip coffee.

All our coffees are roast to order. Roasting occurs weekly on Thursdays and orders are shipped within 24 hours of roast


Guatemala Huehuetenango La Montanita

Altitude: 1500-1750 masl

Variety: Caturra, Typica, Bourbon

This coffee comes from one of the most famous coffee growing regions in Guatemala, Huehuetenango. The high elevation of the area creates ideal micro-climates for coffee cultivation. The Coop Esquipulas was founded in 1964 by small producers with around 400 active members. The intense sun exposure during the day combined with cold and moist winds at night creates a high density bean with a hard core. This creates a complex flavor provide with citric and fruitful aromas, and is roasted to bring out a caramel, dark chocolate depth of flavor, perfect for the SOB Espresso.
